I'm so tired of being interrupted 10 times a day with the popup. Although I don't have the program on my computer the ad will just continue popping up telling me to renew or uninstall. In other words, there's no solution from them about the popup. The "Total AV" customer service responses I've gotten is that since I'm not a paying customer, they can't help me, as COVID19 has limited their staff. The aggravating part is that it interrupts whatever I'm doing. I have to choose either "renew" or "uninstall" (and both options take me to the same place - my programs file) where I then can 'X' out. When the popup happens, I can't just "x" out of it. I've contacted them via their customer support several times, but they tell me that they can't do anything because I don't have an account. I had hoped the Malwarebytes could stop the popup on my computer, but so far, the popup continues.
